Project Delivery @ Sydney Ferries

Background

Sydney Ferries is the operator of the Sydney Ferries transport system on behalf of Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW). TfNSW is the ultimate owner of all assets.

Challenge

Sydney Ferries was progressing through key delivery phases of various technology transformation programs and required additional capability and capacity to deal with known challenges and demands of the various involved parties. This is complicated by potential unknown unknowns including such things like gaps in work package scope, unidentified risks, delayed decisions/actions and occasional macro change introduced by government.

Solution

The strategic vision was for the Australian Sentinel partnership to be a trusted advisor and delivery for IT and to assist our client to scale as required trough the life of the programs.
