Sydney Ferries, the operator of the Sydney Ferries transport system on behalf of Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW), faced significant challenges during the delivery phases of various technology transformation programs. Key challenges included:

  • Capacity and Capability Gaps: Limited resources to manage the demands of multiple stakeholders.

Our Role
